Instructions for Use:
1. Before starting treatment, brush and floss your teeth to remove any food particles and plaque.
2. Apply a small amount of V34 Hi Smile whitening gel to the upper and lower teeth trays, covering the front surfaces of the teeth.
3. Place the trays in your mouth, ensuring they fit comfortably and securely.
4. Wear the trays for the recommended time:
- For moderate whitening, wear for 15-30 minutes, once or twice a day.
- For more intense whitening, wear for 30 minutes to 1 hour, once or twice a day.
5. After the recommended time, remove the trays and rinse your mouth with water.
6. Brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste to remove any remaining gel.
7. Repeat the process for 7-14 days, or as directed by your dentist.
